There are a couple reasons why you might not be able to find your library's OverDrive collection: Your library doesn't have a digital collection with OverDrive, or they stopped using OverDrive's services. If you're using the OverDrive app, some libraries (such as law libraries) aren't discoverable in the app.

On your library's OverDrive website, you can borrow ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines, read in your browser, and transfer ebooks to supported ereaders. Search OverDrive Help for topics you're interested in, or browse some popular articles: Borrowing titles from your library's OverDrive website.

Discontinuing the OverDrive app allows our development teams to focus their efforts on Libby. We also want to make it as easy a possible to promote your digital library to your users. Having one app simplifies how you train your users, answer questions, and stay up to date with changes.

Which app should I use? If you use one iOS or Android device to browse, download, and read or listen to digital books, we recommend trying Libby. It's a great one-device experience. If you like to read books on many devices, or prefer to browse for new titles on your computer, stick with the OverDrive app for now.

Make sure you're using the latest version of the OverDrive app by going to the App Store and checking for updates. Close the OverDrive app completely by swiping it up from your app switcher. Restart your device. Contact support for more help, and let them know you tried all the steps in this article.
